  • Mandy trichell

Health and Peace to you! My name is Mandy Trichell. Unlike many personal trainers, I came to have a love and passion for fitness rather late. After spending most of my life being sedentary, then seven years as a stay-at-home mother (not so sedentary, as any mother knows!), I'd had enough of not being able to keep up with my kids and not feeling good about myself. I pushed myself to work out at a local cardio kickboxing class a minimum of three times a week, often five or six. Three years later, I was 50 pounds lighter, strong, proud of myself, and I wanted to share that with other people. I became certified as a personal fitness trainer through PFIT. Since getting my certification in early 2008, I have trained over 30 clients privately; I coach four bootcamps per week; I lead a cardio/resistance class at Halliburton; and I have worked extensively with people from all walks of life, from bartenders, musicians, and artists to stay-at-home mothers to grandparents to corporate executives. I look forward to working with YOU as well!

I personally have run in marathons, have conducted and taken part in numerous boot camps to include the army’s elite Ranger School, I've competed in ju jit su and kickboxing tournaments, as well as helped rehab myself back to top physical condition after back surgery in 00’.  My clients' goals have ranged from general health, fat loss, strength and conditioning,  post rehab exercise, increasing their running distances and  NBA draft preparation.   My personal goal as your trainer is to help you achieve Your goals with a creative & doable program combined  with realistic goal setting.
