5 personal training sessions: Goal assessment & nutrition counseling, cardio introduction, core, & upper and lower-body resistance. After just five sessions you will see what results oriented workouts are all about!
12 personal training sessions: The Intro includes twelve 50 min sessions with your personal trainer, you'll understand the difference a personal trainer can make in achieving your fitness goals.
18 personal training sessions: With this program you meet with your personal trainer 2-3 times a week. when you see the before and after photos of your evolution, you will love it!
24 personal training sessions: This program in intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals. You'll also learn far more with this program and be more likely to maintain your fitness level on your own afterwards
30 personal training sessions: This is our best value, with this package you'll save almost 20% over the Jump Start plan and will have all the advantages of the Sport package

Why 6 weeks? because that's all you need to start seeing results. If the contestants on the biggest loser tv show can do it, we beleave you can too. With this plan you'll not only lose weight and get fit, but you'll stay motivated too, all this with a personal trainer on your side to make your workouts as productive as possible to keep you inspired!
You can choose the conveniance of working out in our fitness studio located in the heart of River Oaks; or you can choose to work out in your gym or health club, home, office, or outdoors.
