In fact, we are so busy that we eat over 1/3 of our meals away from home. so, when eating out, try to make the best choices possible, like avoiding the all-you-can-eat buffets and fast food meals (hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken, etc), if you choose to have any of these, please, don't super size it.
