Food intake fact:

Exercise should be combined with good nutrition in order to reach and maintain your fitness goals.

Nutrition tips:

  • have a small meal every 3-4 hours to prevent hunger and maintain energy
  • a healthy breakfast: the smart way to begin your day
  • eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables (they are high in fiber and will give you plenty of energy 
  • cut out the soda and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday
  • take a multavitamin (even the healthiest of eaters usually fail to get the recommended daily amount of vitamins and minerals)

 

 

cooking 5-star meals 7 days a week is not easy; let's face it; it's almost impossible. In fact, we are so busy that we eat over 1/3 of our meals away from home. so, when eating out, try to make the best choices possible, like avoiding the all-you-can-eat buffets and fast food meals (hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken, etc), if you choose to have any of these, please, don't super size it.
